Is there any warranty support after the website goes “Live” mode?
To understand the scope covered under warranty and the period, please refer to the quotation issued by our company. All our web projects come with a warranty after the website goes “live”. In general, for most websites, our warranty period is 6 months. While for most e-Commerce and custom web development projects, our warranty period is up to 12 months.
How is the payment arrangement?
Please check on the Terms and Conditions on your quotation for a more accurate understanding of the payment arrangement, Typically, for most of our web projects, an initial payment of 50% of the entire fees will be required before the commencement of any related web designing services.
And the remaining payment of 50% will be due upon completion of the final design and programming. We remain supportive for our client’s work after the final payment has been made, including support to launch the website and providing the warranty support after the website goes ‘Live’.
